  It's due to my experience with the store manager Sabrina James that I will never buy a Pendleton item again. I purchased a pendleton canyon shirt and within 3 months one of the snap rivets pulled through the fabric while it was in the dryer. FOR A $90 SHIRT MY HOPE IS THAT PENDLETON WOULD STAND BEHIND THIER PRODUCT AND OFFER AN EXCHANGE! All she could offer me is a 50% off coupon on a replacement purchase. So I get to pay another $50 to replace a shirt that I just paid $89 + tax for?!?! Wow. Two years ago I had a button pop on a board shirt while I was living in Portland and the washougal outlet replaced it with no questions asked. I thought that's what you got when you spent $90 on a shirt. I guess no more. There are many other brands out there that offer a far better customer experience than what I received today from the north bend outlet.
