Managers were not helpful at all with a recent Gap Factory online return I had. They seemed annoyed and didn't offer to call the Gap's customer service number for me (I had to suggest it) when they weren't able to locate my return by my order number in their system. I was not impressed. Not sure that I will be shopping there again.
